CIGA currently have an effective and efficient procurement framework in place for remediation and cavity cleaning works that provides a professional service to customers and business growth opportunities for suppliers.
CIGA are offering contractors the opportunity to join their procurement framework of preferred suppliers with successful contractors being eligible to use an e tender service to quote for the provision of remediation and cavity cleaning works required.
Quotes will be based upon cost, geographic location, continued maintenance of CIGA’s quality requirements and mobilisation times, with the most successful quote receiving confirmation to proceed.
To further improve CIGA’s quality of service and provide greater transparency quotes for work will only be accepted from approved suppliers that have been successfully accepted onto CIGA’s procurement framework.

Tenders are to be received by no later than 12 noon on the 30th November 2018* marked for the attention of Head of Remediation and Guarantee Services.
*CIGA reserve the right to extend the submission date as it may deem necessary.

Full or partial cavity wall clearance
Partial and full re-injection
Vent remediation
Making good post cavity cleaning
Fitting cavity barriers
Cavity wall overspill repair
Any associated cavity wall insulation related works
